About: BornBroken
BornBroken is a Montreal extreme metal force delivering a crushing blend of death, thrash, and groove since 2008. Known for their high‑energy, precision‑driven assault, the band channels influences like Lamb of God and Pantera while carving out a sound that’s unmistakably their own. Their music dives into themes of societal fracture, resilience, and existential struggle, carried by relentless riffs and explosive rhythm work.
With three acclaimed releases — including their latest, Am I Invisible (2024), produced by Christian Donaldson of Cryptopsy — BornBroken continues to evolve while staying fiercely aggressive at their core. Their lineup features Mike Decker (vocals, rhythm guitar), Mike Marino (bass), Pavlo Haikalis (lead guitar), and new member Peter Tzaferis (drums).
Fresh off a surge of shows across Montreal’s metal circuit, the band is known for delivering intense, high‑impact performances that hit as hard live as they do on record.
About: Eyes of Violet

Founded by bassist and composer Sophia Moore, the band evolved from the Collingwood Collegiate music rooms to the regional festival circuit without missing a beat. The quartet, featuring Moore on bass, Ben Zadok on drums, Maximilian Alexander Ochocinski on guitar, and Rowan Taylor on keys, is building a reputation for technical, groove-heavy performances. From local fundraisers to outdoor concert stages, they’re becoming a go-to name for live music across Simcoe and Grey County.
